Our Objectives
- Promotion of agriculture/food security and other livelihood activities to improve community lives and create prosperity in the society
- Promotion of environmental conservation activities through tree /fruit nursery production and use of environmentally sustainable source of energy
- Promote education among the disadvantage groups such as girls, orphans and school dropouts e.g. providing school fees and bursary, scholastic materials, sanitary pads for girls etc
- Promotion of livelihood/income generating activities for vulnerable women and youth on areas like carpentry, brick laying, tailoring, agribusiness, entrepreneurship skills etc
- Promotion of cooperatives societies such as savings and credit cooperative societies, community managed microfinance, village savings, farmer cooperatives societies, consumer cooperatives which are very important in poverty reductions and creation of prosperity among the poor communities
- Promotion of community health programs through awareness on disease control and prevention, nutrition awareness and education.
- To intensify awareness campaigns on HIV/AIDS, behavioral change communication, publicity for voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) services to reduce stigma and discrimination
- To increase access to quality safe water through awareness and management of water supply chain in schools and the community.
- Provision of humanitarian services during period of emergences
- To empower and develop local Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to deliver and provide for the needs of the local persons
- Provision of psychosocial support services and in the fight against gender-based violence in communities
